Leadership Journal exists to help leaders hear their own thinking more clearly, learn more deeply from their experience, and lead with greater clarity, intention and humanity.
The Leadership Journal Story
Leadership Journal grew from a practice I had kept for years: writing down the leadership moments I did not want to lose.
Journaling helped me slow down, think more clearly and learn from difficult decisions. Executive coaching helped me go further. But the work between sessions was easy to lose.
Leadership Journal was built to carry that work forward day by day—helping leaders reflect consistently, build a useful leadership history, recognise patterns and arrive better prepared for human coaching when they use it.
It does not replace a human executive coach. It gives leaders a thoughtful practice between sessions—and helps make each human coaching conversation more focused and productive.
